Waste of time
I called the agent last Friday to try and arrange a viewing, the lady said she could do it that same day or if not the day after but she would need to contact the person that carries out viewings first. I waited for a phone call back but never got one so phone them, only to be fobbed off saying it was still tenanted and the tenant had boxes everywhere so can't do viewings.. (Why say they can do a viewing the same day then if it was still tenanted) I was then told I would get a call on Monday to let me know if I could view then, it's how Wednesday night and still no phone call.. I was clearly fobbed off by this company.. I have now gone with another agent who arranged a viewing straight away and also passed all the checks today.. So much better service! I just wouldn't like to be the owner of that house now!! If I could rate 0 stars I would!!! Load of rubbish!

1st Class Service and Honesty
I used Nationwide Lettings after my house being empty for sometime having wasted time with two well known estate agents saying that the market was slow. With Jenna's honesty and some decoration work, tennants were found almost straight away and moved in within the month. A very quick and fabulous service from staff who know their stuff and are enthusiastic about letting houses. Lets hope that they progress into the selling side of things soon. I would definately recommend them.

Professional service
I was letting a property owned by a third party and was mindful that everything had to be right. the service from Jenna and Ian was exceptional. The property was handed over on Monday . There were 5 viewings in the first few days and a tenant signed up by the end of the week.
Having used many and various estate agents in the past this is the best I have dealt with.
I would highly recommend Nationwide Lettings as an excellent highly proficient service and communication beyond expectations. Thank you.By rileysgran at 10:42 on 27/07/10

Letting
I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Nationwide property lettings ltd and found their serivce to be exceptional. It is rare to find such a professional, capable and reliable service. After using a well known, more established letting firm in Chorley for the previous 4 weeks and having NO viewings, NO feedback and very limited contact from the staff, we called Nationwide, signed up with them at 3pm Monday afternoon and we had 6 viewings booked and a let agreed by the Thursday. They had our property less than 4 days before agreeing a tennant. They are a truly exceptional lettings agency. If you want to rent out your property you NEED to use Nationwide.

Nationwide Lettings
I used Nationwide last year to find a tenant for a rental property I own. However after showing around some unsuitable tenants, I decided to let the property out to a family friend. So I rang Nationwide to inform them I wasn't needing there service and could they remove there sign.
Within a few days the sign was changed to a 'Let Agreed' sign, which had to be taken down by myself as they didn't come to remove it.
I also noticed my property was still listed on the Rightmove site as 'Let Agreed' only afew months ago, which is over a year since I dealt with them.
This is a shame as I was quite happy with there service to start with.

We had several tenants that wanted your property within days of advertising it. We even ended up with one gentleman who actually offered to pay more for your property than it was advertised at.
You clearly used our lettings agency to advertise your property and then let it out to a family friend to avoid having to pay any costs.
With regards to the let agreed board, we did let the property you just chose not to continue with it. -
